Pit your Bypasser against their Firewall and your Password Cracker against their Encryptor. Win both and you have admin access.

An economy you have to steal from

You start with free versions from the public Starter Hub, then earn better ones by breaking into warez servers, corporations and universities — or by copying the newest programs straight off another player's rig. Daily goals, achievements and the rankings keep score.

Is NullSocket free?
Yes. NullSocket is free to play in your web browser. There's nothing to download or install.
Is it real hacking?
No. Everything happens inside the game's own simulated network. The IPs, banks, servers and software are fictional, and nothing you do in NullSocket touches a real computer.
Do I need an email to sign up?
No. Pick a username and password and you're in. Adding a recovery email is optional, and it lets you reset your password if you forget it.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. NullSocket works on phones, tablets and desktops, and you can install it to your home screen like an app.
Can other players hack me?
Yes, it's a multiplayer game. Other players can break into your rig, read your logs and go after your bank accounts. Upgrade your firewall, encryptor and antivirus, change your password, wipe your logs, and keep your money in a well-protected bank. Members of your own crew can't attack you.
